| Mark Schulze is the CEO/ President of both Crystal Pyramid Productions and New & Unique Videos in San Diego. He is a Producer, DP and Camera Operator with over 27 years of experience and has won many international awards and honors for his video production capabilities through the years.
Mark is a three-time "Top 100 Producer." His specialties include green-screen interviews of CEOs and celebrities, and "run 'n gun" shoots using his Easyrig. He knows how to elicit sterling interviews from everyone from shy children and to "wooden" speakers, and how to make them look great.
In 1981, he graduated from UCSD with honors, after having majored in Sociology and Communications. That same year he formed Crystal Pyramid Productions. He is involved in San Diego's media community as President of the San Diego Chapter of MCA-I (Media Communications Association International), and also belongs to the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, the Advertising Club of San Diego, the San Diego Film Commission and San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau. He shoots and produces many programs for non-profit agencies at substantial discounts or pro bono as a way of giving back to the community.
